By Claiming in the Live Chat – You agree to the rules and regulations below.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE CLAIMING

**Before getting too far into it, it is very important to note that I invoice only ONCE a week and that is on Mondays.

LIVE Chat Etiquette:

Please Be Respectful and Courteous In the Live Chat!

Arguing won’t be tolerated and both parties will be muted for the remainder of the show.

We won’t pick sides. No exceptions and nothing personal. We just don’t want that here.

To keep it civil and family friendly – no religious, political, or talks of drugs or other inappropriate  innuendos. 

We have keywords in space to filter out specific phrases- comments may be hidden if not deemed family friendly.

Chat Common Courtesy:

Please don’t promote other channels, websites, groups, or LIVES in the LIVE chat unless you have direct previous permission to do so. It’s common courtesy.

If we see comments re-directing others – the comment will be deleted and the commenter MAY be muted.

Items are supplied and shown AS IS and are sold AS IS:

Most materials during the LIVE events are provided and are on loan by a reputable dealer in order to accommodate the LIVE events and are shown and sold AS IS. We are not knowingly supplied with dyed material and if a material is otherwise treated by any other means, we do our due diligence to make sure to note it and disclose it as all items are Sold “AS IS” with no refunds.

The only exception to this is if something turned out to be man-made or if enhanced and we didn’t know about it. Then, testing will be done on other similar items on hand before going forward with any kind of reimbursement/credit.

All sales are final. ←-This is important.

CLAIMING: 

$5 MINIMUM PURCHASE (Due to PayPal fees and other taxes)

Only claim within your financial means.

Claiming means that you intend on purchasing ALL items in your box. If you wait until after a live show to try to pick and choose what you want – we reserve the right to deny the request. To do that is unfair to my time and others that were participating.

Please wait to claim any items until they have a designated number or letter to save on confusing the host of the show.

Claims in the Live Chat will be verbally confirmed in the Live Sale event.

Please make sure that any existing amounts owed are paid before participating in claiming for items. This to keep it fair for everyone else that is participating in the LIVE event.

GIFTING ITEMS:

We will often see gifting in the LIVE chat – if you choose to gift and the person has not purchased anything and/or doesn’t have an “open box”, the person receiving the gift will be designated an open box until they have purchased something or if they agree to pay for the shipping cost. (or if the gifter has agreed to pay the shipping cost – you will have to let me know in advance)

We wish that we could afford to help with paying the shipping of the gifts but we don’t have those kind of funds. We’re sorry.

PARTICIPATION AGE – 18 and Older

Effective 2025, You must be 18 or older to participate in claiming or receiving gifts. If we deem that anyone under 18 is being disruptive in the live chat- they will be removed from the live chat without warning. We’re sorry.

OPEN BOXES: 

To save on shipping – We offer an open box system where we will bill for the material but not for the shipping and will hold the items in a safe location until you are ready to close your box. 

Open box means that the bill is still due when the invoice is sent out.

We will only ship things out when the shipping costs are paid.

NEW 2025 OPEN BOX TIME LIMIT: Space is becoming limited here at WoRH Headquarters…So there will be a new time limit on how long we will hold an open box for before billing for the shipping cost and sending out.

New Open boxes will have a 2 month time limit before they must be closed.

Please note: If you choose to have an open box – please let someone know in your personal circle know that you have one with us and make sure they have my email just in case something happens.

AUCTIONS:

Wait to place bid until timer starts.

Minimum price will be determined and announced during the live. 

After the timer starts, there will be periodic timer reminders in the Live Chat.

Same as claiming, Please make sure that any amounts owed from prior Live Sales are paid before participating in the auctions. 

Unless otherwise noted during the auction: Buyer responsible for shipping costs.

SHIPPING/HANDLING: 

Buyer Responsible for any/all shipping and handling costs or any additional insurance coverage, if requested.

Cost of shipping/handling may change at any given time in-between sales.

World of Rock Hounds LLC or anyone associated ARE NOT responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit via post or upon delivery. Please make sure that you have provided a secure mailing address upon paying. 

World of Rock Hounds LLC or anyone associated ARE NOT responsible for items delivered to a wrong address since the buyers are responsible for updating/imputing the shipping address in the system before checking out. Once the invoices are Paid – everything is automated and sent to ShipStation for a label to be printed.

Aside from selecting the weights, service, type of package, and the occasional confirmation/insurance – we do not manually input the addresses. That is for the buyer to check and double check. This reduces any mishaps on our end.

International customers: World of Rock Hounds LLC IS NOT responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, or seized during the transport and customs checking process. 

We will not track packages. You are sent an email when a label has been printed. It will be up to you to track it. 

SHIPPING COSTS for United States Shipping: 

I use USPS for most of the shipping

First Class: $7 (15 oz and under)

PADDED ENVELOPE: $12 (15.1 oz and over or if it doesn’t fit into the smaller package)

MEDIUM: $18

LARGE: $24

IF something does not fit within these boxes – the cost’s may vary depending on size and weight.

Shipping costs subject to change at any given time.

International Shipping: Costs will vary and we will need a shipping address to calculate an estimated cost prior to invoicing. Depending on weight of the package will depend on if it gets sent through USPS or FedEx. Even though we ask for a shipping address via email, we only use that to figure out the estimated cost for shipping – it is still up to you at checkout to fill out the information and make sure it is current before completing the transaction.

International Buyers: We cannot mark bought goods as “Gifts” when a label is being made. We will mark the items as “Rocks” and put the value of what was paid. If there are gifted items – We will not mark the value of the items. We know it sucks having to pay tariffs/fees – but we can get in trouble if we break the law.

Again, please make sure that your shipping address is updated and correct on your end.

If you got a bigger box that what we initially quoted – chances are that we didn’t guess properly and you got upgraded at no additional charge. We will not ask for more money on a estimated error. That’s on us – not on you.

Double check your shipping information.

PAYMENT:

Invoices are sent through PayPal. I will not invoice through any other platform.

PayPal integrates with Shipstation better than other payment platforms and makes the entire process faster and easier.

48 Hours to Pay any amounts due. (unless otherwise noted on due date on invoice)

Invoice due days are typically Thursdays after a weekend live sale. That gives everyone plenty of time to plan for their purchases.

You do not need a PayPal account to settle an invoice.

Items will not be shipped unless payment has been received.

*Do not send payments through any other means after getting an invoice. If it’s sent via PayPal, please pay the invoice through that invoice. Also, please don’t send money, checks, or cashiers checks…I’ve had issues with things not showing up via post.

Double check your shipping information.

All Sales are final

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts, if offered, cannot be stacked nor can they be applied with other existing discounts/deals.

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are not included nor offered with any discounts:

-Artisan Items

-Mystery Boxes

Non-Payment(s):

Unpaid invoices are subject to invoice cancellation and items will be restocked and you may not be able to claim for the same items.

If an invoice is canceled due to non-payment more than once, it will result in not being able to claim and/or participate in future LIVE events. 

This rule is to keep it fair to others that are participating and to also respect our time when we are hosting these events. 

Payment plans are not offered and we will not suggest to anyone to use any kind of credit card, Paypal pay in 4, or other lines of credit to pay for purchases. We hope that everyone claims responsibly and within their financial means during the lives. So, please have a pen and paper ready to make sure you are only claiming what you budgeted for.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CREDIT:

As stated above – All items are shown and sold AS IS. All sales final.

One exception to this is if something turned out to be man-made or if enhanced and we didn’t know about it. Then, testing will be done on other similar items on hand before going forward with any kind of reimbursement/credit.

All LIVE events are saved in order to review footage if issues are to arise and this footage is used to determine that things were shown as is before they were shipped.

We also make sure to verbally confirm the claim in the live as the claim takes place so that if someone were to go back and delete their message – we still have documentation of the claimed item.

REMOVING ITEMS FROM INVOICES:

This falls in the same line of “claim responsibly” and “all sales are final”.

Once invoices go out – They are Final.

If we, for whatever reason, decide to bend the rule to allow for items to be removed… your order no longer takes priority and will be dealt with once all other orders have been processed. If you rush things – we reserve the right to cancel the entire order and not allow you to participate in the live rock sales in order to respect the host and other participants time.

**If a live sale is hosted from a 3rd party location – this rule is going to be stricter than normal.

We don’t care if the order is $5 or $5000. It will be canceled.

We care more about our time being valued over the rocks being purchased.

NOTE: Fraudulent PayPal disputes against World of Rock Hounds LLC may result in legal action against the buyer. 

World of Rock Hounds LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if problems arise.
