Are you a maker, miner, collector, or hobbyist in the rock and lapidary community? If you’re looking to sell your items, I’m here to assist you with a straightforward and collaborative process:

How It Works:

  • Profit Sharing: Enjoy a 50/50 split of the proceeds from your sales.
  • Shipping Costs: We will share the expense of shipping your items to my shop.
  • Timely Payouts: You will receive your payment via PayPal at the end of each week after the sales have completed. Please note that I do not issue cash, checks, or money orders due to the risk of them being lost in the mail.

Sales Schedule:

  • Community Days: Sales will primarily take place on Sundays, which are dedicated to community contributions, my items, or auctions. Saturdays will be reserved exclusively for my main supplier’s live sales. As the business grows, as will dedicated days for sales.
  • Fair Sharing: Should there be multiple contributions from group members, I will ensure a fair distribution of sales days.

Item Return Policy:

  • Any unsold items that you wish to have returned will incur the full cost of return shipping.

Your Responsibilities:

  • For Individually Priced Items:
    • Please ensure that each item is fairly priced and labeled with its description, origin, and price prior to submission.
  • For Auction Items:
    • Be prepared for all auction items to start with a minimum bid of $1. The final bid may vary, and the same 50/50 split applies. Providing item identification and location would be beneficial.

Additional Benefits:

  • Once your items are sold, I will take care of all logistics, including storage, invoicing, wrapping, and shipping.
  • If you prefer, I also offer shop credit for purchases instead of cash payment.
  • Going through consignment will also save YOU the headache of having to to keep spending a bunch of money on shipping supplies (boxes, tape, mailers, fragile stickers, paper ect) and then trying to find places to store all the packing supplies. It takes up a lot of space.
